After completing my 200hr. YTT, or yoga teacher training, I began sharing my knowledge and experience with the community and that is where my vision was born. After the 2020 shutdown and all the effects from such a monumental event, I noticed a need in society to balance; often times to slow down, in order to reconnect with one’s vision and cultivate that goodness that lies within all of us. This is where “Yin with Jenn” was born. As I did complete some Yin training with my certification, I do not proclaim to be a master of anything. Just someone that has experienced anxiety for most of their life and finally learned how to take a breath. My vision is to assist in helping my students find balance through movement, meditation, and mindfulness. I hope to share some of the tools I have learned and provide my students with the confidence in which harmonious balance can provide and discovering the breath, light, and calm within. Whether through group practice, a solo journey, corporate experience, in person or online event – I hope to connect with you; enthusiastic to spread the light in which I have found to all of those within my path.
